We will be reviewing Club Locarno rules and procedures, care and storage, etc. We will then go over the rigging for the boats participants are interested in.

You will then be asked to demonstrate your ability to launch from (and land at) the beach, go through the various points of sail, tack, jibe, as well as your ability to recover from a capsize. If you are not confident with all of these skills, then one of our sailing lessons is your best bet before attending this checkout.
