Rowing Introductory Lessons. These lessons are for people who are new to the sport. Eight hours of instruction will get you to the point where you can safely launch, land and row on your own.

Three classes:
Saturday July 20 0800 to 1100
Sunday July 21 0800 to 1030
Saturday July 27 0800 to 1030

Bring a wetsuit for the first lesson. You will need to perform a self-rescue at the end of the first lesson
