This is a visit to the gem of the Salish Sea - Jedediah Island

Level: Advanced
Long crossing (10 km plus) and possible wind and waves.

Details:
To be determined. Likely overnight on Thormanby Islands on the first night and get an early start on the crossing.

If the trip is oversubscribed, preference will be given to members who have not yet been on a club trip this season and the final selection will be by lottery.

We will have an evening paddle and planning meeting on Aug 29 at 1800.

Pre-requisites: Checked out for kayak fleet, moderate fitness, comfortable in a moderate wind (10-15kn), practiced rescues in the past 12 months.
