23rd Annual JSCA Polar Bear row!
Come out and join us for the 23rd edition of this event; an auspicious way to start the new year.
We meet at 10:00 by the rowing/ kayaking/ SUP shed.
Launch is targeted for 1100ish, and after a short trip on the water we should be back in the Sailors' Lounge for POTLUCK LUNCH by 12:30 - earlier if it's really bad weather.
Everyone is welcome; rowers, kayakers, SUPs and surf skis.
Bring something to share for our potluck. This event is open to all Jericho members and friends.
This event was started by Jericho's own rowing enthusiast, Richard Copley in 1992 (?) to bring in the New Year and bond the rowing community. It is a low key, fun event to bring in the new year. It's an unsupported event (no Jericho Rescue on the water).
