Rowing Introductory Lessons. These lessons are for people who are new to the sport. Eight hours of instruction will get you to the point where you can safely launch, land and row on your own.

Four classes:

Tuesday June 9 6:30p - 8:30p

Thursday June 11 6:30p - 8:30p

Tuesday June 16 6:30p - 8:30p

Thursday June 18 6:30p - 8:30p

Bring a wetsuit for the first lesson. You will need to perform a self-rescue in the ocean at the end of the first lesson. (Don't be nervous... everyone can do it!)
