Regatta: False Creek Rowing; Head of the Creek

The False Creek Rowing Club is hosting their annual Regatta; Head up the Creek.  It the largest Regatta in Vancouver.  This year, they have added a Coastal Rowing Category. This is a first for the westcoast I believe.

It would be great to see some of us participate in this event. It's compettive, with umpires and rules. There will be loads of rowers that look intimidating but don't let that sop you.  Its a great event and a great opportunity to engage with the rowing community in Vancouver.   

We would row over to Granville Island or ask Jericho Rescue to give us a tow. Jericho Rescue are providing the on water support.
